Forest Therapy

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Need a simple, yet profound solution to reconnecting with your vitality, stoking the fires of your creative side, or finding inner calm and peace?

Forest therapy might be just what you need!

Research indicates that forest bathing or forest therapy can alleviate stress, uplift mood and boost cognitive and immune functions. It may also reduce blood pressure and heart rate and improve sleep quality.

Maybe you’re already a fan of the great outdoors (amazing) but would like to tap into the wisdom of the forest.

Perhaps you’d LIKE to be a fan of the great outdoors but don’t know where to start and are unsure of how to “do” forest therapy and could use a hand getting started (don’t worry, I’ve got my Wilderness First Aid and bear spray!).
